Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150. Orders less than $150 will be charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping.
Shipping Times:
Shipping times to the United States are expected to be 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping times mayvary depending on the time of the year. In most cases, orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed, but please allow for additional time for processing during busy periods.
For international shipping, shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and the customs and duties regulations of that country. Please allow for additional time for processing and delivery of international shipments.
Tracking Information:
We will provide you with tracking information for each shipment so that you can keep track of your order. This information will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Intitating a Return:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Ensure all return eligibility conditions listed in the returns policy are met..
2. Submit your request for return to Admin@mazonkiki.com With "Return Request" in the subject line.
3. Once the return is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Form with an Authorization number (RA#) by email. Print this form and include it in the original product box.
Shipping for Returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrectly processed by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned or exchanged item.
Receipt and Processing of Returns:
